Carefully furnished, they keep the charm and warmth of the typical houses of this place, with a marvellous view on the hills of Umbria. All the apartment have a TV set, a fridge, heating and air conditioning. Some have a cooking corner (you need to ask for it when booking).

The change of bed linen and towels is made at the beginning of your stay and then once a week. 
One of the apartments conforms to the rules for handicapped people.
It's possible to relax in a wide solarium with a panoramic swimming pool among olive trees. 
In the immediate surroundings there is an old spring, where you can have short walks and drink the pure water. Breakfast and meals are available on demand.
